Emma Adkin
Founder & Director
Emma Adkin is the mastermind behind Little House, a nursery that she created in 2015 after the birth of her first son. She's grown the business from a single childminder to a full-blown nursery, and she's not stopping there! With a BA Hons in Early Childhood Studies and ongoing CPD, Emma is like a superhero, but instead of fighting crime, she's fighting for the best care for the children at Little House.
Heather
Assistant Manager & Baby Barn Lead Practitioner
Introducing Heather, the Empress of Baby Barn at Little House! Heather joined forces with Emma A and Emma P in 2018 to create the Little House we know and love today. When Little House upgraded to its fancy new cabins in 2022, Heather stepped up as the Lead Baby Barn Practitioner and has been crushing it ever since.
Seb
Hub Cubs Lead Practitioner
Introducing Seb, the fearless Captain of Hub Cubs at Little House! Seb brings adventure, energy, and a love of mud wherever he goes. He’s all about celebrating every milestone, cheering on little explorers, and turning forest-school magic into everyday fun. If it’s messy, outdoorsy, or wildly imaginative — Seb’s leading the charge.
Emma P
Deputy Manager & Cabin Crew Lead Practitioner
Introducing the one and only Emma P, the Deputy Manager and Lead Cabin Crew Practitioner at Little House. She joined our team in 2018 and before we knew it, she was Emma A's right-hand woman. Now, Emma P is the queen of the Cabin Crew, ruling over her team with expertise and a killer sense of humor.
Jodie
Baby Barn Practitioner
Jodie is the Baby Whisperer at Little House, with a knack for making even the fussiest little ones smile. She started out as the Head Cook in 2019, but quickly realized that her true calling was hanging out with the kiddos. With her own son attending Little House, Jodie became part of the family faster than you can say "nap time."
Jonathan
Hub Cubs Practitioner
Meet Jonathan, the one and only man working at Little House! and he's proud to be one of the Little House Ladies. He's a Hub Cub Practitioner, alongside Boss Lady Emma A and Lauren. Jonathan started as a volunteer during his childcare course, and he was so good that they couldn't let him go. Now's a full-time member the team, and he's rocking it!
Ellie
Hub Cubs Practitioner
Say hello to Ellie, the creative heartbeat of Hub Cubs! She’s all about building warm bonds with children and families and watching them grow as they move through each room. Ellie brings a mix of crafting brilliance, storytime sparkle, and a love of the great outdoors — turning everyday moments into calm, joyful adventures.
Jen
Cabin Crew Practitioner
We struck gold when Jen joined our team in 2019. She's part of the Cabin Crew, along with Emma P and Rachel, and they make sure our little ones have a blast. With her superpowers of patience and creativity, Jen creates a magical world for the Cabin kids at Little House, where they can learn and play to their hearts' content. We're pretty she's secretly a fairy godmother in disguise!
Rachel
Cabin Crew Practitioner
Rachel is the ultimate Cabin Crew superstar at Little House! She started as an apprentice and totally nailed it, so they had to keep her on full time. She's part of the dream team with Emma P and Jen, and is currently levelling up to Level 3. Rachel's got the skills to pay the bills and personality to make every day a party!
Karen
Head Cook and Housekeeper
Introducing Karen, the superhero of Little House! With her culinary superpowers, she designs menus that even the pickiest eaters can't resist. She's also a master of keeping Little House clean and tidy, making that no toy is left behind. And don't worry about allergies or dietary requirements, Karen's got them covered faster than you can say "spaghetti and meatballs"!

Cabin Crew Practitioner
Meet Beth, Cabin Crew’s fun-time maestro! She thrives on watching children learn through laughter and play, bringing energy, imagination, and brilliant entertainment to every session. As a mum herself, Beth brings a natural calmness and playful warmth to the cabin, creating a space where little ones feel safe, happy, and ready for anything.
Sarah
Baby Barn Practitioner
Having sent her own son to the Little House Sarah joined the team in 2019 after realizing she couldn't stay away from the adorable ones. She's a proud member of the Little House family, As Heather's trusty sidekick in Baby Barn, Sarah is on a mission to keep all the babies happy and giggling.
Emily
Baby Barn Practitioner
Well, well, well, look who we have here! It's Emily the Baby Wrangler! She started as an apprentice and rocked it so hard that they had to hire her full-time. Emily is now the queen of the Baby Barn, ruling alongside her partners in crime, Heather, Sarah, and Jodie. And guess what? She's about to level up with her Level 3 qualification. Watch out, world!
