Below are my charges as of 1st April 2018.

 

Daytime Spaces:

• I charge £4.00 per hour.

• I work as normal on bank holidays. If your usual contracted hours fall on a bank holiday and you choose not to bring your child, you will still be charged.

• Wraparound care is available and charges are from time of arrival to time of pick up at my setting. The drop offs and pick ups are included.

 

Before & After School Spaces:

• I charge £4.50 per hour.

• These spaces are for a minimum of 1 hour and must be booked in advance.

• After school spaces are charged from 3pm.

 

Please note:

• I use the EYFS software 'Primate' which is remotely accessible by Ofsted and parents at any time to check in on children's progress and development. Each child's profile is confidential and only accessible via password. A fee of £5.00 per child, per month is charged to cover this cost.

• All fees include drinks, snacks and meals. An example menu can be found here.

• Fees are invoiced monthly in advance and are issued by the last Friday of the month.

• The invoice is due within a week of issue. If it is not paid within 2 weeks then a late payment fee of £25.00 will be charged. If I have not recieved payment by your child's next session you will lose your space.

• Spaces are charged to the nearest half hour.

• If you are late collecting your child you will be charged for another hour after a 15 minute period of grace.

• All booked spaces are charged including if your child is sick or on holiday.

• I do not charge for my holidays or sick days. My holidays are set and can be found here.
