Meals
Healthy eating is an important aspect and so I make fresh home cooked meals everyday. I have a 4 week rotating menu so the children get a wide variety of delicious, healthy meals but do not eat the same things all the time. I encourage the children to try new tastes and as a vegetarian myself there is always a veggie alternative to the meat recipes. I can adapt my menus to cater for allergies and also provide puree meals and blended options for baby weaning. My meals, snacks and drinks are included in my fees however if you would prefer to supply your children's own food and drink, that is perfectly fine.
